Title Transfer Fee

Saskatchewan does not impose a land transfer tax. The title transfer registration fee for a property valued under $500 is $0. For properties valued between $500.01 and $6,300, the fee is $25. For properties valued over $6,300, the fee is 0.4% of the value. Saskatchewan or it's municipalities do not offer a rebate for first-time homebuyers.
